Me and My Boyfriend, I Think I’m in Love with You, And The Rain Will Fall. Haha. And The Rain Will Fall sampai hujan bener-bener turun. What a day, ya Nisu? Now, due to personal business, carrier and future life, Mocca harus vakum untuk waktu yang entah berapa lama. Just for two of us, pertama-tama saya nyangkain sutradaranya itu cuma mas-mas geje yang maksa-maksa orang beli kaos Mocca. Sekalinya pas premier, kok masnya maju dan diwawancara. Tahunya sutradara. huhu. We’ll always wait for Mocca to come back coz i believe life keeps on turning.. Swing It Bob! The Cardigans :( Labels: JAFF Jogja, Keep On Turning, life, Mocca Rockumentary, music, review found them in Kamil's page in Facebook.

Labels: music Just found them out in youtube.. graooo, they are so damn unique and talented. cool! check them out :p Pomplemoose consist of two indo musicians: Jack Conte and Natalie Dawn Knutsen. Their video just have two rules:
check them in here or here enjoy!! melarikan diri sebentar dari rutinitas yang menjemukan :) Tumben. Ya. BRAVO!! #standingapplause Frau Risky Summerbee & The Honeythief endahNrhesa Overall acaranya seru. Walau tadi saya agak terganggu juga sama alat pembuat asap yang suaranya mirip machine gun. Ga worthless lah uang saya terbuang. Apalagi tadi ada meet and greet dadakan sama EndahNRhesanya. Semoga SMA-SMA di Jogja kembali mengundang musisi-musisi favorit saya yaaa. Kalau boleh, lain kali, saya mau request Adhitya Sofyan :p sebenarnya saya punya foto acara tadi, tapi karena kualitas kamera dan pengambil gambar yang bukan kelas profesional, mendingan ga ditampilin aja deh :p ![]() Yesterday, me and my friend, Ayu (who actually have a same kind of obessesion for a country like me, but she heart Germany not France) watched Germany Indie Rock Band Concert in Taman Budaya Yogyakarta. It's a part of a program held by Minister of Foreign Affairs (Germany) that happen every year. This is the 3rd times, btw. The band that played was Fotos--honestly, I never heard about them before. Yeah. I don't really give any attention for Germany musics trend. Haha. Well, there were some kind of technical errors when the band played their music, Deniz who played the guitar, should asking for his guitar settings many times. I didn't know whats wrong but I though it was a big errors. But, overall their music is actually good, however I don't know a single word of it. lol. The drums is nice and they are so communicate with audiences. And plus they all good looking.. uhuk... *fan-girling time* Well, I can't explain much. You can find them here: Labels: 30 hari menulis, music Hi There :) I love a cover song. It just like another way to enjoy a song. Sometimes the cover one is better than the original, sometimes worse, but it's not the problem. Just stop saying that "the Original version is better than the cover". Yeah, because whoever say that are blinded by a fanatic point of view. Music is too universal just to be excused better or not. Be Professional. Haha. And there are some cover songs I really love. Check this out! :p ~ Umbrella by Rihanna, cover by Marie Digby ~ Well, Marie is just another youtube's phenomenon. She's known by this Umbrellas videos. 13 million views, can you imagine that? lol. But, she is not only singing somebody else song, but also she make her own. Her song is nice, very true and very ... sunny (I hope you know what I mean ._.). Finally, someone recognize her talent and BAM!! Now she has 3 albums, one in Japanese. Yeah, she's half Japanese. That's explain her figure and hair color. In spite that, she's very beautiful and very humble. I love her and her music very much. ~ Love Song by The Cure, cover by 311 ~ You should know that I do love The Cure version too. But, the way Robert Smith sing, always make me lost of hope and makes me wanna die soon. Haha. But as I said before, 311 brings a new color to this song. A little bit cheers that makes you wanna dance a little but didn't miss The Cure touch here. Where this song commented what the love is and the sound of hopelessness (lol). Well, I like them both. Really. Btw, someone told me, it's not reggae, it's dub. ~ Save The Last Dance for Me by The Drifters, cover by Michael Buble ~ Michael Buble is a good and talented musician. Beside this cover, he also sing many songs that already popularize by other singer. Cry Me a River from Justin Timberlake, You and I by Stevie Wonder, Me and Mrs. Jones by Billy Paul and many more. He served it in another way, different from the original singer, yeah, different but beautiful too. Enjoy :) ~ Bersandar by White Shoes and The Couples Company, cover by Erlend Oye (Kings of Convenience) ~ I'm dying when I watch this. I never know that Erlend Oye is fluent in Indonesia (however just a bit. lol) Oh. I'm so uuuuuunnnnnlucky that I can't watch him live *crying in the corner* Well, the rumour said that Mr. Oye *uhukk* get a feeling with Sari--White Shoes's vocalist. Oh geez, since when this blog becoming an infotainment and gossip blog? *shot* 5 Bands/Musicans I've Been Listening to a Lot Lately #1. Lifehouse Cause there's you and me and all of the people with nothing to do… Nothing to lose (Lifehouse - You And Me) --I love Lifehouse so much. I quote them when I wrote in IH, I quote them when I wrote my article, I quote them in my short massage and email, I quote them in my love life, I quote them… a lot. But I never forgot to write down the disclaimer, of course. Lol. Well, this is an American Band that consists of Jason Wade (Vocalist, Guitarist), Siergio Andrade (Bassist) and John Palmer (Drummer). Their music is so deep yet easy to hear. I love the guitar. My fav are You and Me, Mesmerized, The Joke, Sky Is Falling, Everything, Hanging By A Moment, and Sick Cycle Carousel. #2. 311 ![]() Whenever I’m alone with you, you make me feel like I’m home again (311 - Love Song) I’ve been heard this band just lately, Annisa gave me Love Song and told me that it is 50 First Dates’s Ost. They do this song with some kind of reggae and a little bit ska. Lately, I know that 311 covered it from The Cure's version in 1989. Some people told me that the original version is much better that 311, but I like 311 more. I do things that The Cure's is excellent, but when I hear Robert Smith sing it, his voice make this song turned to be so frustrating--you know what I mean #3. Dashboard Confessional (Dashboard Confessional - The Places You Have Come To Fear The Most) . I don't know why, I just feel that their song isn't... for me. And I don't know why I have the full album of them in my laptop. I just start listening them and I hope I will fall in love with them soon :)#4. DEPAPEPE A new star in my playlist--Many thanks to Malik for letting me know about them. DEPAPEPE is a duo of Japanese guitarist,Takuya Miura and Yoshinari Takuoka. Their song is really peaceful and yet so cheerful. Their music is so much like Sakura Kaze, it's same like the title of their album (which means Sakura Breeze, if I'm not mistaken DEPAPEPE it self is a way for Japanese for an acoustic guitar. They used to play their own instrumental but lately they also played classical like Beethoven's, Pachelbel's, Bach's even Satie's. And the plus point, they two are cute, don't you think? *slapped*#5.The Banery --Salam dasi kupu-kupu, guys!!Yep yep. This is a breakthrough band that won L. A Indifest 2009. Their single "Karena Dia" become one of the best single in L.A Indifest Album Compilation Vol: 3. Their songs are really cool. Upbeat, fun and energic. They push you to dance a bit and join singing too |
